Project Brief	To revamp Image Flair Academy website for a more visual and mobile responsive site to promote children etiquette courses.
What I Did	#Usability Review #Web & Mobile Site Design #Information Architecture #Front-end Development
Approach	I began by conducting a usability review on the existing website to uncover usability issues to be remedied. Next, I had a one-on-one interview with the founder to share insights and gather requirements for the new website. Based on the findings, I conceptualised and proposed several possible concepts with wireframes and hi-fi screens. The selected concept was then developed into a web and mobile responsive site, which was then tested with users before release.

About Image Flair Academy

Image Flair Academy of Modern Etiquette and Etiquette Plus Academy was founded by Eunice Tan to provide image and etiquette training for all ages in Singapore and the region. In 2009, Eunice became one of only five Master Certified Civility Trainers in the world.

She is well known throughout Singapore and has trained many successful people in Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong in building their children and adult etiquette businesses. Her expertise and commitment to personal grooming, relationship building and business etiquette underpins her Certified Image & Etiquette Professional training course.
