Project Brief	To revamp and take over the management of Novelty BizCentre's website from developer.
What I Did	#User Research #Usability Review #Information Architecture #Web & Mobile Site Design #Copywriting #Front-end Development
Approach	I started with a usability review on the existing website to uncover usability issues to be remedied. Next, I conducted a focus group discussion with the committee to share the insights and proposed several concepts for the website. I went ahead to build the mobile responsive site based on the selected design, and conduct usability testing on facility booking with actual users and stakeholders before handing over to the building manager for future updates.

Novelty BizCentre stands at 11 storeys with a total of 86 units. The building comprises of 3 storeys of warehouses, sky terraces with facilities on level 5 and office units that span from 6 storeys to the 11 storeys. Novelty BizCentre is classified under Type Business 1 which is for light and clean industry.
