Project Brief	To design key screens for Vicki Rewards mobile app and conduct usability testing with users.
What I Did	#Prototype Creation #Mobile App Design #Usability Testing
Approach	I began by conducting a focus group discussion with different user personas to discover their needs for the mobile app and to uncover critical painpoints. Based on the findings, I conceptualised several possible concepts and tested them with stakeholders. The selected design (based on stakeholder feedback) was then developed into a prototype.

Vicki Rewards was initially a startup idea and now rebrand to UTU Cashback.

UTU Cashback is an unique rewards platform that allows you to convert other loyalty points, and earn cashback from them, even when shopping overseas. Their rewards platform harnesses financial payment networks and brand partners to engage our UTU members, delivering a seamless and transparent mobile experience.
